What sounds do you hear right now?
What furniture or ground is beneath you?
How is the temperature?
What position is your body in right now?
What parts of your body do you feel the most right this moment?
How deep is your breath?
Using one word, describe how you’re feeling… Physically? Mentally? Emotionally? Spiritually?
Before going on about your day, close your eyes and take five full, deep breaths.
You can do this as many times as you need during the day to ground yourself back into the present moment, here and now.
