Class Door closes after the first 5 minutes of class beginning (we do this to allow an individual -not new to yoga- running a couple minutes late, to be able to hop into class without disruption).**If you need to leave right away (for work or an appointment) you must tell your Teacher before class.
SAVASANA IS THE WAY TO FINISH A YOGA CLASS,IT'S THE LAST "POSTURE" OF THE CLASS.SAVASANA HELPS ALL OF OUR SYSTEMS TO MAKE SENSE OF THE MOVEMENT AND BREATH, IN ORDER TO CONNECT AND HARMONIZE FOR OUR BEST HEALTH!WE DO NOT RECCOMEND SKIPPING SAVASANA.SAVASANA RANGES FROM 5 TO 10 MINUTES.
*If you have trouble laying down, feel free totake Savasana in a restful, seated posture.
IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE CLASS EARLY, PLEASE TELL YOUR TEACHER BEFORE CLASS STARTS. You will need to place your mat nearest the door & very quietly collect your mat and leave.** So as not to disrupt others' practice, please leave all other items in your locker. Namaste!
