Why you Need Celery Juice in your Life

Ahhh, celery. I have a newfound love for this amazing superfood. I've been juicing one whole celery stalk every morning now only for about a week and I can already feel it's immense healing benefits!

Did you know?

+ Celery is one of the most anti-inflammatory and healing foods available to us because it starves viruses, yeast, mold, fungus, and bad bacteria that may be present in the body and then helps the liver to flush it all out of your system.

+ Not only is celery rich in mineral salts and electrolytes to bring you ultimate hydration on a deep cellular level, it calms the central nervous system, relieving panic attacks, anxiety, brain fog, memory loss, ADHD, PTSD, and so much more!

+ Celery builds a healthy gut. Hydrochloric acid is essential for proper digestion and nutritient absorption, and celery strengthens this acid.

+ Celery has the ability to cleanse the thyroid and strengthen the adrenal glands, and is an ideal juice for anyone suffering from chronic illnesses such as Hashimoto's disease, Lyme disease, or Grave's disease.

+ The salts in celery also help build muscle so if you're looking to get a little stronger, leaner, and more toned, celery is your friend!

Seriously though, I could go on and on about the medicinal properties of this superfood and why everyone should drink pure celery juice first thing every morning. In just this first week alone I've already noticed clearer skin and an awesome boost in energy! YAY!

All you need is a juicer and a whole stalk of celery. (If you don't have a juicer, you can cut up the celery and blend it all together, then pour through a cheese cloth to separate the pulp from the juice.) One stalk will make roughly 16 oz of juice. It's that easy!

Have you tried pure celery juice? Let me know what you think!

For love, with love.
