Service Description

In The Air: Our Advanced Aerial yoga practice (Level 3), we soar! No Teacher. Approved Yoga Pulse Members and Patrons- email us to gain approval (Hello@YogaPulseStudio.com). Practice how to climb the silks, learn how to wrap and flip, learn how to float and slide. This class is for those students who have been invited by their instructor to move forward; we will be upside down and inside out as we progress through the class, even in the stretching portion we will be flying in our hammocks! *Please bring a yoga mat, or rent one for $2! Mat Rental comes Free with your First Free Class, at YPS.
