Service Description

Our 60 minute hot yoga class is heated to 102-104 degrees with 40% - 50% humidity. Our classes are All Levels, All The Time. Breath and movement are linked throughout the sequencing of poses to help the body move with more easy and create more depth in your practice. All Yoga Pulse teachers are trained and skilled in offering modifications; making poses easier or harder depending on your intention. We encourage you to honor your body & practice where you're at that day! Some days we touch our toes and some days we don't-- that's OK! This is also an opportunity to learn options for moving forward in your practice when you're ready. Each Heated Flow class ends with aroma therapy (essential oils), and a fresh, cold towel!
